PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.

Alchemy by Amara is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Alchemy by Amara is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Alchemy by Amara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
