At Alchemy by Amara, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, cleansed, and intentionally prepared before shipment. Because of the unique nature of our products, we encourage you to review our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original contents
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without their original packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request an approved return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider several business days to process and post the refund.
